Kraken RT30/RT40
Automatic rotary palletizer that allows the automation of production processes.
Kraken is a rotary palletizer capable of positioning up to thirty pallets inside its warehouse. Integrated with a CNC machine, Kraken allows the machine to operate autonomously without the need for an operator present. Once the items have been loaded and production has been planned via Management Software, Kraken can keep the CNC machine operational 24 hours a day, including periods of non-productivity such as nights and weekends. Kraken is innovative because the integration is available for most 3, 4 or 5-axis CNC machines, and is modular according to the customer's needs. It does not use hydraulic systems and its modern and intuitive interface facilitates the work of operators, reducing errors and increasing productivity. Compatible with Industry 5.0, Kraken promotes a more eco-friendly automation that aims to make the most of resources for a more consumption-conscious production. Introducing Kraken, placed inside your production line, increases the pace of work and reduces the resources needed, allowing the reduction of time, costs and manpower by operators, thus promoting greater flexibility in the workplace. The planning of the processes allows continuous production, making it possible to have an easy and uninterrupted management, with effective control and monitoring systems of the production progress.

Pallet
Work surface used for the assembly, disassembly and processing of mechanical parts.
Aluminum worktop with variable thickness from 30mm to 50mm milled on which it is possible to mount up to six 125mmx180mm clamps complete with riser, which can be positioned in special slots identifiable through codes engraved on the top. Using the holes on the pallet, seventeen different positions are possible, in order to optimize the different processes to be performed according to the needs.

Our softwares
Our software system optimizes the management and planning of production operations, integrating seamlessly with the Kraken RT30 robot. The Operating Software allows direct control of the CNC machine, organizing the processes and visually assisting operators during the loading and unloading of pallets, reducing errors and improving productivity.
The Management Software centralizes all production information, facilitating planning, project management and real-time activity monitoring. Thanks to its modularity and integration with company systems, it offers complete and customizable control, making the production process highly efficient and interactive.

Management or Planning Software
Integrable and customizable with the company management system, the Management software allows you to plan and manage all production activities efficiently and quickly. It allows you to upload project files directly from the company software, helps you manage programs and documentation relating to items, makes production planning easy and intuitive and allows you to monitor users and production statistics. It centralizes all the necessary information, creating a "Digital Twin" of the piece to be produced, listing characteristics, drawings, programs and everything else necessary, maintaining a history of data that can be consulted over time. It supports real-time viewing of Kraken RT30 and integrates a viewer for 2D and 3D files, which can be consulted by the user during the check phase. Thanks to its modularity, it can grow with the needs of the company and integrate with the most popular management systems. Features include multi-user management, advanced reporting and monitoring of deadlines, offering complete and integrated control of production. This management software stands out for its ability to integrate ERP functions with real-time planning and monitoring, making the Kraken RT30 production process highly efficient and interactive.

Operating Software
It allows the management of Kraken RT30 directly on board the machine and is divided into two main applications: the first, located on the main display of Kraken RT30 for management and communication with the CNC machine and the second, for the management of pallets and items, located on the display adjacent to the Check station.
CNC machine management ensures efficient communication between the Kraken RT30 robot and the work center, organizing the processes based on pallet availability and item planning, taking care of loading and executing CNC programs directly on the machine.
Pallet Management, on the other hand, located in the Kraken RT30 check area, supports operators during the loading and unloading phases of pallets from the related items, visually assisting step by step the setup, positioning and loading/unloading of each item, reducing errors and increasing productivity. Digital Twin management prevents data loading errors and allows the insertion of quality controls directly on board the machine. Developed with advanced Microsoft technologies and based on a MS SQL database, it offers a simple and interactive user interface. Pre-installed on the robot PC, it integrates effectively with CAD/CAM systems and stands out for its ease of use, significantly improving production processes and reducing the risk of potential errors.
